Melinda Aldrich, Ph.D., M.P.H., is assistant professor in the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her research interests include identifying genetic and environmental risk factors for lung cancers and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in diverse populations, in part through large-scale epidemiologic studies.
