Mavis Schorn, Ph.D., CNM, FACNM, FAAN, FNAP is a professor, the senior associate dean for academics and a nurse-midwife in the faculty practice at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Her research interests include the third stage of labor and evaluation of teaching methods.
