Keith T. Wilson, M.D., is Thomas F. Frist Sr. Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, director of research for the Division of Gastroenterology, and director of the Vanderbilt Center for Mucosal Inflammation and Cancer. His research program encompasses mucosal immunology, mechanisms of inflammation, oxidative stress and gastrointestinal carcinogenesis, host-pathogen interactions, inflammatory bowel disease, Helicobacter pylori infection, and stomach cancer.
