James C. Jackson, Psy.D., is research associate professor and assistant director of the ICU Recovery Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is the lead psychologist for the Critical Illness, Brain Dysfunction and Survivorship (CIBS) Center at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is a leading authority on depression, PTSD and cognitive functioning in survivors of critical illness.
