Craig Brooks, Ph.D., is assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension and Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Brooks’ research focuses on the molecular changes that occur during acute kidney injury and its aftermath, with the goal of identifying targets for interventional therapies to prevent chronic kidney disease.
