Serve this refreshing peach and cantaloupe smoothie on a warm summer day.

 

Use frozen fruit for a thick and slushy peach smoothie — perfect for after a morning workout.
Ingredients:

1 ripe peach, skin on, without the pit
½ cup ripe cantaloupe chunks
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons orange or apple juice

Fruit and yogurt to make smoothie

 

 

Directions:

Cut fruit into chunk-size pieces.
Add fruit to food processor or blender.
